On October 13th, the second Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo (referred to as "Xi'an Elderly Expo") successfully concluded at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.
This year, the Xi'an Elderly Expo, with the theme of "Qin style Silver Age Nourishing Chang'an", set up the main venue of Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center and the sub venue of Silver Hair Economic Industrial Park, with a total exhibition area of 26000 square meters. It welcomed 14 provincial and municipal delegations to participate, 73 enterprises set up special booths, and 322 state-owned and private enterprises participated, exhibiting more than 3000 types of elderly care products, technologies, and services. Among them, the main venue was set up at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, and Fortune 500 companies such as China Unicom, China Telecom, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Huawei, etc. appeared at the Old Expo, receiving a total of 42600 buyers and visitors. Twelve cities (counties) in Shaanxi Province organized 173 enterprises, and the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region organized 20 health and wellness enterprises and industry organizations to participate in the exhibition. Famous and excellent products gathered at the exhibition, and the popularity, commercial atmosphere, and fireworks atmosphere all heated up, forming an experience boom.
Elderly care intelligent manufacturing 'super city'! The main venue is set up with 9 themed exhibition areas, including "government groups, elderly care service brands, smart elderly care, aging friendly products, rehabilitation aids and nursing, innovation in elderly care finance, comprehensive travel and wellness services, health management and silver hair consumption, senior universities and cultural arts". A large number of specialized and new products are showcased at the Xi'an Elderly Expo, and a series of cutting-edge research and development achievements in the industry, such as electromyographic prosthetic hands, AI sleep robot beds, and artificial intelligence care robots, are showcased.
At the opening ceremony, 10 themed conferences were held in rotation at the main venue, with over 200 experts, scholars, research and development enterprises, service institutions, and operational agencies gathered on site to conduct professional discussions, supply and demand docking exchanges, and build a communication, exchange, and cooperation platform for market insights and mining, product research and development and promotion, technological innovation and application, further promoting the high-quality development of the elderly care related industry.
On the opening day of the Old Age Expo, which coincided with the Double Ninth Festival, the sub venue launched the "Qin style Silver Age Nourishing Chang'an" 2024 Shaanxi Province "Respect for the Elderly Month" Carnival and Elderly Culture and Art Exhibition, as well as the first Shaanxi Province Silver Age Grand Gathering, with six functional areas and outdoor elderly culture exhibition stages. At the event site, public security, health, and elderly universities actively carried out anti fraud propaganda, health clinics, and other public welfare activities to assist the elderly.

The person in charge of the Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo revealed that the 3rd Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo is scheduled to continue to be held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 19th to 21st, 2025.
