On December 21, 2017, the second plenary meeting of the first council of the Guangdong Home Care Service Association (referred to as the Association) was successfully held in the conference room of the 10th floor of Taixing Commercial Building, No. 599, Guangzhou Avenue, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. Yu Aimin, the secretary general of the association, attended and presided over the meeting. Deputy Secretary-General Pan Zhiqiang attended the annual financial report of the association. The president of the China Telecom Co., Ltd. Guangdong Branch, deputy general manager Tang Zhiping, product manager Zhou Qihua, executive vice president Representatives of Guangdong Yixun Technology Co., Ltd. Deputy General Manager Lin Youhong, Zeng Jie and Deputy General Manager Qin Zixin attended the meeting. Vice President units, governing units and 14 member companies attended the meeting.

The main agenda of the conference included visiting the Guangdong Home Care Service Platform Operation Center, Guangdong Province Smart Pension Exhibition Hall, working as the Association's 2016-2017 work and financial report, reviewing the members of the Association's Board of Directors, new members, and setting up housekeeping services. Established in December 2016 by the Guangdong Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the Association is a non-profit organization that is committed to integrating social resources and providing home-based care services for the elderly in the province. Since its establishment, it has actively responded to General Secretary Xi Jinping's spirit of instruction to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the cause of aging, and adhered to the service aim of “innovating connected home services and practicing health care for the elderly in Guangdong”, striving to achieve accurate service and pension. The cause is bigger and better, so that the "older ones" really fall to the ground.

At the meeting, the Association added Guangdong Cross Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guangdong Cross Mining) as the vice president unit. Guangdong Cross-harvest is a professional exhibition service company that professionally integrates international exhibition resources, professionally organizes international exhibition area exhibitions and buyers' invitations. In 2017, it independently hosted China International Senior Health Industry Expo, Guangzhou, Xiaogan and Luoyang. The exhibition area is 42,000 square meters, with 596 exhibiting enterprises, more than 178,000 domestic and foreign merchants, on-site turnover exceeding 12.1 million, and the intention contract amount exceeding 540 million yuan, which has greatly promoted the development of China's pension industry. The 14th China Convention and Exhibition Industry Annual Conference and the 2017 China Exhibition Industry Annual Awards Ceremony held in Shanghai on December 17th, China International Senior Health Industry Expo won the “2017 China Top Ten Most Promising Excellent Exhibition” award.

2017 is a year in which China's aged care service industry is vigorously promoted by the government and supported by various policies. The demand for old-age services is gradually recognized by the public. Guangdong Cross-harvesting Association will adhere to the service tenet of the Association. Based on the service platform built by China International Senior Health Industry Expo, it will introduce high-quality home-based products, technology and services at home and abroad, innovate wisdom and old-age ecology, and help the development of industrial alliances.
